I keep this simple and honest, the same way I try to keep everything here.

Who I am
This site and newsletter are run by Anna Vihrogonova, trading as Freedom in Tech, based in the United Kingdom. If you have any question about your data, email me at anna@annavihrogonova.co.uk.

What I collect
When you sign up for my newsletter, download a free resource, or book a call, I collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address

That's it. I don't collect payment details on this site, and I don't ask for anything I don't need.

If you visit the site, my analytics tools may also collect basic, anonymised usage data (like which pages are viewed), using cookies. This helps me understand what's useful. It doesn't identify you personally.

Why I collect it

  • To send you the newsletter, free resources, and the emails you signed up for
  • To respond to you if you reply or get in touch
  • To understand, in aggregate, what content helps people

I will never sell your data, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

The tools I use
I use third-party services to run all this, and your data passes through them:

  • MailerLite to store your details, send emails, take clarity-call bookings, and host this site (including a click heatmap that shows, anonymously, where visitors click)
  • Google (Meet and Calendar) to run clarity calls you book and put them on the calendar
  • Skool hosts the Freedom in Tech community. If you join, you create your own Skool account under Skool's own terms. When you join the community, I may also add you to my MailerLite email list so you get the newsletter and updates. You can unsubscribe from those emails at any time.

Each of these has its own privacy policy and its own security measures. I only use reputable providers.

Your rights
You're in control. You can:

  • Unsubscribe from emails at any time, every email has a link at the bottom
  • Ask what data I hold about you
  • Ask me to correct or delete your data

Just email anna@annavihrogonova.co.uk and I'll sort it.

Keeping your data safe
I only keep your data for as long as you're subscribed or in contact. If you unsubscribe and ask to be removed, I delete it.

Changes to this policy
If I change anything meaningful here, I'll update the date at the top.
